Refunds will be issued only in cases of service cancellation prior to shipment or overpayment. Indiadel reserves the right to charge their chosen payment method for all services and account activities associated with ww.indiadel.com . These charges may include, but are not limited to, membership fees, shipping and handling fees, return or rerouting fees, storage fees, late charges, and fees for optional services. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the shipments. Charges will be determined by either the actual weight or the dimensional weight, whichever is higher. Failure to make timely payments for services rendered may result in consequences such as late fees, stop shipment charges, suspension of service, membership cancellation, and the involuntary return or disposal of any remaining merchandise.
If the customer wishes to cancel an order after making payment to Indiadel, the payment will be refunded to the customer after deducting the following charges.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order after making use of the personal shopper facility an additional amount of Rs.500/- will be charged. If the seller doesn’t accept the product back or not willing to refund the amount, indiadel cannot be held responsible for such acts.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the parcel is dispatched to the destination
